She tweeted: 'My turn all extensions out no make miss Natural! I'd like to see more people like this!the new me x'
Katie's new look came after a day of makeovers for her family.
The model's nine-year-old son Harvey kicked things off with an eye-catching new design featuring stars and swirls on either side of his head.

Katie's boyfriend Leandro Penna was up next, going for a stylish and close-cut crop.

But the model later tweeted that the comment had been Leandro, writing: 'Haha leo cute on my phone x'
