Venice Beach chums: Peter Andre runs into Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole while out with friends.

As far as unlikely celebrity friendships go this has to be one of the strangest ones yet.
In a completely chance encounter England footballer Ashley Cole bumped into his pal Peter Andre while on a bike ride along Venice Beach in Los Angeles.
Mysterious Girl singer Pete, who is currently facing a battle to keep his crown for being the Premier Inn Celebrity Dad Of the Year, is in LA filming his reality series for ITV2.
Pete has held the Dad Of The Year title for the past two years but could have his crown snatched from him this year by the ultimate daddy cool contender Gary Barlow.
As well as filming his reality show while in the States, Pete has also been spending time in the studio recording his new album.
And the super busy and seemingly very popular dad-of-three, bumped into another of his surprise friends while recording his new tracks in an LA studio.

Pete posted a snap of him hanging out with Chris Brown on his Twitter account earlier this week, and just look how excited Chris is to be hanging out with Katie Price's ex!
Along with the pic, Pete tweeted: 'Had another awesome day recording in Record Plant studios in LA . Great hanging out with Chris Brown.'

We're sure footage of Pete's bromance with Chris Brown and Ashley Cole will crop up on his reality series soon.

Meanwhile one male celebrity not on Pete's BFF list is sure to be his Dad of the Year challenger X Factor judge Gary Barlow.
In a recent declaration on Twitter, the Take That star and soon to be father-of-four, threw down the gauntlet to his pop star rival, telling the Australian-born singer to 'move aside' so he could claim this year’s top accolade.
With a fourth child on the way, recently revealed to be a baby girl, the rivalry is certainly gathering pace between the two likeable dads!
